We have stayed at this hotel before and we like the position and ambience. The service in the restaurant was excellent and room itself with sea view was very nice. The bathrooms need updating and we had the smallest wardrobe I have ever seen in a hotel. Good job we were only staying one night!! One thing i was cross about was that we were told the hotel had free parking but we were charged £10.00 to park in the hotel carpark. This should be made clearer.

Marriott hotel very good in every respect. Our two night stay gave us a sea view room (not what we expected on a "deal" price"). The hotel's grill is fantastic - great value and exeptionally good staff. Bournemouth beach is very clean and loooong! with excellant facilites. Can't wait to go again.

The Marriott Highcliff, Bournemouth was an excellent hotel. It was stylishly decorated, in a good state of repair and our room was elegant and luxurious. I would always recommend booking a seaview room at this hotel as the view is stunning. The food at breakfast and dinner was very good an the service was courteous and friendly. I would definitely return, hopefully with better weather.

I chose The Highclliff Marriott as our base for my wife's 40th birthday celebrations. It was exactly the right spot for such an occasion. We stayed in two of the cottages with sea views. Our children (7 and 12) just loved having their own room. The indoor and outdoor pools were a big hit too - and the beach was only 5 minutes away. We like Marriott Hotels and pretty well know what to expect, but this hotel is exceptional. The location is superb, housekeeping standards are tip top and the staff are so incredibly friendly. We were sad to leave but will certainly return.
