out of 5The staff at the hotel were excellent at all times; this was especially evident in the restaurant where they were most helpful when catering for our daughter with nut allergies.

out of 5The deluxe room in the Imperial was clean & well decorated though seemed stuck in a 1980's time warp in it's decor and in its plethora of notices! The food was good though unexciting, but dinner did feel 'production line' as polite but over efficient service saw us completing dinner in record time!
