out of 5Have stayed before last year and was saddened to note that within the year the tatty carpets from last year had still not been replaced and that the decor was still very very poor. All it would have taken is a lick of paint and the removal of the black grout in the bathroom to make a huge difference final disappointment, although clean, the towels are so warn that it really lets the hotel down.

out of 5I find the worth hotel ideal for a pre holiday stay, it is near car parking that i use and not too far from gatwick and it is situated in a quiet area.

out of 5Stayed at this hotel because it was near gatwick and offered a full english breakfast. When we got there the breakfast wasn't available at the time we needed to have it. That was a major disappointment. The substitute food was a let down. The transport to the airport was good - the room was good though the pillows weren't. I feel that we should have been informed about the unavailibility of a cooked breakfast at the time we needed it since it was another 14 hours before we had any food.
