out of 5The hotel and staff were excellent. Meal there was most enjoyable. The location suited our needs as my daughter and I could walk to the theatres causing us no hassle in waiting for taxis.

out of 5First the good. Breakfast food and service was exceptional and our room was very clean and reasonably comfortable. However the room was also very small for a 5 star and the lobby was also small and incredibly busy - had to queue for about 20 minutes to obtain the room key. There was also buidling work in progress and we were not advised of this.

Editor’s comments: We do request that all the hotels we work with inform us of any scheduled maintenance work they may be undertaking. Unfortunately on this occasion we were not made aware of this.
