out of 5On our arrival at the Village Hotel the receptionist didn't have any booking of ours on there system, by this time my husband and were extremely upset..We had too wait for an hour before we knew we had accommodation beacuse the hotel was fully booked. I always have faith in supbreak as I book with you all the time, but for this matter too occur must of been lack of communication somewhere along the line. It still doesnt affect my faith in Superbreak, I also asked the lady on reception who was so helpful if we could be upgraded or some kind of goodwill gesture but all they could do was offer us a drink at the bar. Just hope this occurence doesnt happen again.

out of 5This hotel was chosen for a friends get together. Our welcome was very friendly, rooms and bathroom superb. We ate in the resturant that evening, enjoyed by all, staff and service very good, nothing was to much trouble. Disabled room one of the best we have stayed in. Look forward to another visit. Easy access to hotel from M62 and minutes from white rose shopping centre.

out of 5My daughter and I escaped for a 2 night break to Yorkshire. The hotel was truly wonderful, from the fab welcome the moment we stepped through the door till checking out 2 days later. The bedroom was enormous, decor and bathroom were outstanding. We had a day out in Leeds , the shops in the Victorian arcades were amazing. We had a wonderful day at Chatsworth house, pre-booked tickets & audio tour which was well worth while, warning you will need ALL day to be able to see everything, at 5pm we still hadn't been round the garden. Finally a day out in York, open top bus tour, on-off stops were ideal for taking in all the attractions and well worth the cost of a ticket.
