out of 5What a wonderful last minute trip to meet up with my sister for a few days in London. We stayed at the tophams hotel in belgravia, just a few minutes from victoria station. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff friendly and helpful. From shopping, to afternoon tea and seeing the fabulous wicked at the apollo theatre - we were totally spoilt. The location was ideal and we could easily pop back to the hotel for a quick rest or change. And our secret tip is to take in some sightseeing by catching a no.11 bus from victoria to liverpool street - also give you a chance to rest your weary feet.

out of 5Travelled by train, booked through Superbreak but due to engineering works had to use other train companies other than nxea. This caused problems - tickets should be flexible. Underground tickets expired after 2 days although return was on the 3rd day. Hotel was clean and adequate but staff could have been more user friendly and breakfast on 2nd day was luke warm. Excellent position for access though.

out of 5Tophams was a good hotel, easily located a short walk from victoria train station. Room was quite small but stylish and we had everything we needed for a reasonable price. The location of the hotel was great for arrival from victoria and access to the tube for getting around for our weekend away. Buckingham palace was only a short walk down the road and the victoria palace theatre literally just around the corner. Would definitely stay again and recommend - a great hotel for convenience of location.

out of 5The hotel is in a perfect location when visiting London. The hotel is okay but really was expensive and not 4* in our opinion. Staff were just about polite - but didn't go that extra mile to be pleasant and in fact you did feel a bit of a nuisance. The room was small, no hardryer and few toiletries (no soap or shampoo). For one night this hotel was a good 'base' and perfect location for the billy elliott show.

out of 5Worst breakfast I have ever had, clearly had been under the hot-plate for hours -dried out bacon, rubbery eggs. Awful. Bedroom nice, comfy bed, nice toiletries. Good location for Victoria.Brilliant Billy Elliott - Truly moving show, had us laughing and crying. Avoid Grand Circle though, seats too close together and steep.
