We booked in here for one night prior to an early flight to spain - whilst our visit was limited to a quick drink in the bar and then early to bed, we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Staff were polite and helpful, rooms were excellent and we had a very good night's sleep and easy traverse to the airport in the morning. Will use them again.

Stayed here before, it is a motel and busy throughout the day and night as people come and go from the hotel. Very reasonable prices particularly for parking and rooms are comfortable. Only downside is that parking is just around the hotel rather than in secure area but people coming and going help with the security and the transfer from hotel to airport is via minibus and eastern european drivers who dont speak or smile much, otherwise well recommended.

Hotel was in a good location to travel to stansted for an early(ish) flight. We asked for a full english breakfast at 7.15 am. No-one told us they weren't served until 7.30 am, so we just had to wait the next morning. When the breakfast came it was very good. The floor of the bedroom needed a good vacuuming, as did the restaurant floor, and the tables needed clean tablecloths.

The hotel was excellent, rooms were clean and well equiped, we had a slight bolckage in the bathroom sink, i called reception to inform them and the maintenance man was up within 10 minutes to fix it. We ate at both restaurants and had a very good meal in both. We used the stansted express to get us into london, a very good service.

Catching an early morning flight this was an ideal stop over, hotel was fine and comfortable all you would want as a stop over. Shuttle bus to airport was ok though if there is a group of you could work out expensive at £4 per head each way. Booked with Superbreak by far the cheapest when I researched, would use them again.

We stayed overnight so we didn't have a long journey to the airport the next day.

We stayed at the hotel as we had a early morning flight from Stansted. The staff couldn't of been more helpful & the restaurant was lovely.

Hotel ideally situated for the airport, and a first class evening in the hotel restaurant. A pity that when we booked as indicated on your invoice it said transfer coach provided at 3 pounds per person each way and full breakfast. It turned out to be a car for transport at 4 pounds each way and the breakfast was continental. I assume this was to do with the hotel being under new ownership.

I booked this as an overnight stay between flights. I expected nothing more than a usual, fairly soulless airport hotel. Instead I found the skyline to be a charming, friendly place in a beautiful location. Really nice personality to the place, friendly staff and regulars in the bar and the restaurant was top notch. Would stay again - maybe for longer next time!.

Staying at this hotel and leaving my car here was much easier than getting up extremely early for a 7.30am flight from Stansted airport. Transfers worked very well but either the hotel could do with a bigger sign or the directions should state the name of the restaurant as this is most visible from the road. Also which exit off roundabouts is more use than turn right and turn left. I would use it again and recommend it.

It was a short stay in the hotel (arrived 10:30pm saturday, left 5:30am sunday). But for the price (£39 for one night), the hotel was perfectly fitted out, spacious, warm, ideally placed for access to Stansted and the shuttle bus service to Stansted cost a mere £2! Great value all round.

The rooms are good, clean and well equiped. The staff were polite, efficient and friendly. The only food available is in the motorway services, which is a very short walk away. Disadvantage - you cannot have a glass of wine with your meal, as no alcohol served at all.

Clean quiet modern spacious hotel - staff can be a bit off hand at times, and food prices creeping up.

So we could both have a drink we stayed overnight. Short Taxi drive to venue. Difficult to find Hotel. On map looks like it is located in Old Dunmow Road plus Address is Old Dunmow Rd. In fact there is no access from Old Dunmow Rd. Also there is a Day Inn close by which can easily be confused with Day's Inn when quickly looking at signposts when driving.

Our trip to london was very successful we had no problems finding the hotel and was made even easier with the bus provided from the airport.

Travelling from Stansted, so staying at the Days Inn there made my journey much easier

This is a very convenient hotel for Stansted Airport, and car-parking for eight days was included in the price. A shuttle-bus to and from the airport leaves every 20 minutes.Rooms were clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was an included and unexpected bonus -- but we did find wine and cups of tea very expensive!

The beds were not the most comfortable but the hotel was fine. Car parking was a bus ride away

We used the hotel before and after our flight,prebooked and paid for online. Service was excellent as was the overall standard.However we were not happy about money being taken from our credit card for no reason and we then had to make several phone calls, and it took over a week to get it back. I stay at hotels all the time and this is the first time that this has happened. It isn`t right. I understand that procedures must be adhered to and your staff obviously could not understand that actually taking money before a service has been provided is not rght.It would certainly make me reluctant to use your hotel again even though it was a really nice venue.

Simple and Easy to use the Mid stay Car Paking.

Great location, only 5 minutes walk from the terminal via a covered walk way.Top notch food and the wine tower is fascinating to see.Very modern and contemporary room.Will certainly stay here again

Hilton hotel was fine for an overnight stay before setting off at the crack of dawn. Some parts are a bit shabby but our room was good and the bus service fine. Prefer the Radisson for ease of getting to and from the airport

Myself and my collegue where to stay at the Holiday Inn. I booked two rooms, and listed his name and my own. But, when arriving, they had received a booking of two rooms for TWO people. Four in all. How it ended so, when I only named two persons in the booking, I dont know... But receptionist t Holliday Inn solved the problem. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we checked out, the bill concerning our restaurant meals caused me difficulty for some reason and I accepted a bill from the bar that was incorrect. I realized later that I had not been in the bar and I had misunderstood the statement. Maybe I needed a printed statement from each meal at the restaurant to check before checkout time. All in all we were very impressed with the hotel, its design, its convenience to Stansted, and the quiet rooms. The restaurants were great and the breakfast was excellent.

Picked this hotel for its location to the m11 and half way point for the rest of our journey up north.Had a lovely meal in an italian restaurant in Bishops Stortford which is a beautifull small town.

Overnight stay at Hilton Stansted before early morning flight to Pau in France. Hotel ok and fit for purpose.

I used the Hilton for overnight prior to flying from Stansted on the following day. The hotel and facilities were excellent. However, I did not have dinner or breakfast in the Hotel as the prices were extortionate. £12.00 for a sandwich and £17.95 for a breakfast are ridiculous.

Very convenient, prior to flying out to Italy.The inclusive 8 days parking was very useful.One small gripe - on our return we had a meal in the Bar.£6.00 for a pot of tea for 2 (as part of a meal) is very steep.2 teabag, a pot of hot water, and milk costing £6.00. what a mark-up!

A great was to start your holiday when you have an early morning flight is to travel to the airport the night before and get a good night's sleep.When combining this with 8 days secure parking it makes good sense. The only extra charge was a small fee for the bus from the hotel to the airport which starts operating at 4am.

It was an airport hotel, we were on route to Copenhagen

We utilised the location of the hotel at Stansted Airport since we did not arrive from Denmark until after midnight and did not want to travel further at this time. We then hired a car from the airport and spent the weekend with family in Wiltshire and shopping in that area and had a great time.

We arrived on the night before our flight quite late and had no problems finding the airport or the hotel itself, it is easily accessable from the M11.On arrival, we parked the car and were soon inside the hotel and were greeted by friendly reception staff who were only too pleased to help and check in was very quick indeed. We were advised of the shuttle bus times and purchased tickets within the hotel itself to save time the following morning which was most helpful as our flight was fairly early. The room was more than adequate and we ate in the restaurant and the service and the food was excellent. Checkout was as fast as check in and we were soon on the shuttle to the airport to start our Christmas holiday. I will deffinately use this hotel again should we decide to fly from Stanstead in the future.

The Hilton London Stansted is a really nice hotel when travelling from Stansted Airport. The free parking is very handy and the bus transfer to the airport is fast and always on time. The hotel is lovely with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Very good value for money.

I knew beforehand that Windsor Castle was impressing, but Windsor Town was well worth visiting. There you got away from the busy life in London for a few hours and experienced a charming town

The hotel was very close (200 yards down a covered walkway). This was fortunate as it took us an hour and a half to get through security - only 5 out of 14 x-ray machines in use and queues for departures nearly out to the front door.Breakfast is charged extra (a lot extra). You are not informed of this on the Superbreak website or on the booking documentation.

When I arrived at the hotel I was told that you had not made a reservation on my behalf, which was most embarassing for me and my wife.However the hotel gave me a room because I was able to show them a copy of the reservation I made through you.The hotel was excellent and booking through you was value for money but I feel that you need to check your procedures for confirming that reservations accepted by you are confirmed with the hotels in question.

We parked our car at the Holiday Inn Express and stayed there one night on our return from Spain. The rooms were excellent and we really needed the good nights sleep.

An overnight stay between flights into and from Standsted Airport

We stayed at "The Radisson SAS" at Stansted Airport prior to taking an early flight the next morning. The reception/restaurant area is great and the staff welcoming and efficient. Shame we were only there one night - next time we'd try out the health club facilities and restaurants.

Bar of the Hotel was OK but Restaurant was horrible.

Although we only stayed at the Hotel overnight the facilities were excellent. Due to the early flight we could not take advantage of the breakfast. But my cup of tea was nice.

Just stayed at the hotel which had good food and nice rooms.

Hampton Court Palace was exceptional. The staff was freindly, the grounds were beautiful, the building was so well preserved, we only left because they were closing. The Tower of London gives the visitor so much extra besides the regular do-it-yourself tour. The Yeoman Warder's and the costumed play actors really brought the history to life for us. Shakespeare's Globe Theatre was fun to visit. The guide gave us every opportunity to ask questions and gave us information we wouldn't have known to ask for.

Came to see Chelsea / Liverpool play. One adult & 2 children enjoyed the stay & woould like to goback next year.
