out of 5We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we checked out, the bill concerning our restaurant meals caused me difficulty for some reason and I accepted a bill from the bar that was incorrect. I realized later that I had not been in the bar and I had misunderstood the statement. Maybe I needed a printed statement from each meal at the restaurant to check before checkout time. All in all we were very impressed with the hotel, its design, its convenience to Stansted, and the quiet rooms. The restaurants were great and the breakfast was excellent.
