out of 5Beautiful hotel, huge rooms and very good service. The only thing I would say was that our room was the the start of the corridor and there were some very noisy people going past very late into the night. I dont think there is a lot the hotel can do about this, maybe a few signs asking people to consider others!.

out of 5Traveled to london via train from motherwell train journey was long but comfortable. Once we arrived in london we made our way to soho and the theatre district for les miserables. After the amazing show we left the theatre and made our way on foot towards westminster and where surprised to find how close together everything was. We then made our way via train to our hotel in croydon. Upon arrival at the hotel we encountered a problem as the hotel informed us that we hadnt been booked into a room. After negotiating and proving to the hotel staff that we had indeed booked a room we where informed that Superbreak had not notified the hotel of the booking and so that was where the confusion lay. We also discovered that this was not uncommon and was easily rectified. The rest of our time in london was enjoyable with a good rest and breakfast befroe heading back into london for a bus tour, a look around the house guard musuem and then a shopping trip before heading to belle italia for a meal. After being fed and watered we left for the train station and the journey back to motherwell.
