out of 5We stayed at the bexleyheath hotel for my birthday treat - only one night but a night of pampering! we had a room with 2 double beds for the 3 of us - me and my 2 daughters. The reception staff were welcoming and marvelous and made me feel very special. They even posted a birthday card under the door for the morning! we loved the pool and spa and steam room. The food in the restaurant was very good although quite expensive for what we had. Again the reception staff were the best and organised the taxi to the train station for our trip to london. We paid £3 to leave the car there whilst in london visiting my sick husband at the royal free hospital. Overall a good experience and made my birthday special even though it was a very stressful time. Thank you :).

out of 5We attended a 300th birtday party at welling fc. 4 x 75 old school friends, one of whom was an uncle. Great people, poor facilites, terrible dj. Having stayed at the marriott several times before, we noticed that staff were very friendly than before, and the bedding was improved. Food was excellent.

out of 5I stayed at the Marriott Hotel Bexleyheath in Kent, for two nights. I cannot rate them highly enough, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and the food was the best I have tasted in any hotel. I went to visit my old haunts, I used to live in the area 35 years ago, so I didn't really visit any theatres or bars.

out of 5Having spent a few days on holiday in Canterbury we drove up to Bexleyheath on our way home to Leicestershire in order to see Love Never Dies. The hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Staff were extremely helpful especially the barman who remembered our names the next morning when he was on breakfast duty! Didn't see much of Bexleyheath itself, but it was very convenient to commute to London for the show by train.

out of 5This was a treat for our daughter for passing her SAT results for senior school and we had a brilliant long weekend break in and around London, and the hotel just made it even more perfect. Could not fault anything about the hotel or the staff. Drove to hotel by car and then used train for everything else which was excellent. Bit disappointed with Legoland but London and Woburn made up for it.

out of 5Train services from Derby to St Pancras and all inner London routes were excellent. Hotel at Bexleyheath very pleasant and good for all ages. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Always lots to see and do in London city. Houses of Parliament gives a great insight into history and royalty. Natural History Museum has lots for all ages, suggest you visit the basement if you have children as there's so many activities (and the toilets aren't busy!)
Dolly Parton at The O2

Overall Hotel Rating:
out of 5We stayed at The Marriott in Bexleyheath as we had booked for Dolly Parton at The O2 and knew it would be a late night. The hotel was super. Our room was large and very well furnished, but we saw little of it. After checking in we headed straight to the huge pool and spa complex. What a phenomenal place The O2 is. We took in the Tutankhamun Exhibition, ate at Gaucho Grill, then went to see Dolly Parton. The O2 Arena has to be the best place in the UK to see any live act. It was an easy drive back to the hotel. Breakfast on Sunday morning was a leisurely and rather tasty affair. One last swim and we were away with "Dolly" playing in the car. We have booked for Coldplay at The O2 so we will return.

out of 5The Natural History museum is always a must for our 7 year old. After that we went round the corner to the Science museum. In need of food we travelled back to the O2 arena for the King Tut Exhibition. We spend Sunday in Greenwich which I would recommend to anyone, the atmosphere is so relaxing after the rush of central London.

out of 5We went to a wedding in a church local to the hotel. The only problem we encountered was directions from Superbreak were wrong and we got lost enroute to the hotel, making us late for the wedding. Directions were given from the M25 junction 1 which should have been junction 2.
