out of 5Stayed at princes gardens for the second year running and it was just as good this year as last year -it's such good value for money, comfortable room and bed, good shower and even with a bar downstairs the room is one of the quietest i've stayed in in London and the view over the gardens is lovely. The breakfast is better than many more expensive hotels though you do have to go to a different building on the other side of exhibition road - I don't have a problem with that though - wakes you up a bit more! visited lots of exhibitions and thoroughly enjoyed my 4 nights in London.

out of 5The princes gardens is excellent value for money in a prime location. Rooms were spotlessly clean with tea/coffee; towels and toiletries provided. Breakfast (which is a short walk away from the accommodation) was more than enough to set us up for the day's sightseeing. Look forward to returning next summer.

out of 5We stayed at princes gardens for seven nights, fantastic place to stay, near museums and not far from tube, nice breakfast & very friendly staff, great for budget break, very clean. South kensington quiet location and made you feel safe day and night, will definately book again at the princes gardens.
