out of 5I spent a couple of days in London, doing a bit of retail therapy and going to see rock of ages. Thorougly enjoyable time, complimented with an extremely central and wonderful hotel- cavendish, mayfair. Beautiful hotel, with wonderful staff who treated their customers delightfully. The only down side was my coat disappeared when I went to pick it up from my return from shopping. Therefore I had to make my journey home coat - less. However they did locate my coat, rang me up upon my return home, full of apologies and sent my coat directly to me by registered mail. They also sent me a complimentary night stay in their hotel along with an apology letter. Everybody makes mistakes, after all we are all human. However the way people deal with these mistakes singles out how professional some people are. Delighted with the entire service and the way this was resolved. I would definately return to this hotel again and would thorougly recommend to anybody visiting London.

out of 5We spent 3 nights at the Cavendish London hotel at the end of march and everything about our stay was first class. From the friendly staff to the gorgeous room with amazing city view to the wonderful breakfast. We saw 2 shows during our stay - ghost at the picadilly theatre and one man two guvnors at the haymarket theatre roya,l both within only a few minutes walk of the Cavendish.

out of 5We had a fantastic weekend in London. The hotel was great and in an excellent location.The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will certainly return the shows we saw were wicked and les miserables. Both were excellent. We watched the London marathon from the mall - just a few minutes' walk from the hotel and wandered around china town (2 minutes from the hotel).

out of 5Used this hotel to attend a night at Ghost the Musical. The hotel is in a great location, close to piccadilly and around 10mins walk to the theatre.The hotel is excellent, clean, modern and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable and well decorated. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice

out of 5This is the 2nd booking with Superbreak and we couldn't have bettered it. The cavendish hotel is lovely and so convenient for the shops. The staff are friendly and the breakfast delicious. I went with a friend and we each had our own room which again was lovely. Everything was top quality- no complaints at all and we shall definitely go back to that hotel. We didn't get much time to go sight-seeing this trip but the shows were good with very good seats (one of them booked via superbreak) roll on next time.
