out of 5We only spent 2 nights in London but wish we had stayed longer. The hotel was very good and very well placed as we were using public transport. Would definitely re-visit.

out of 5Superbreak orgainised my train ticket, madame taussauds ticket plus our hotel accommadation. It took so much pressure off me and i highly recommend using Superbreak thankyou for a memorable 2 days stay in London.

out of 5The elizabeth hotel was not clean, the first room offered was so smelly we asked to move. The next room was shaby and dirty the shower was inafective.

out of 5We stayed at the royal norfolk hotel. We were forewarned that the lift was out of order and that there would be no-one available to carry bags upstairs after 2pm. When we arrived we were given a room on 4th floor. My grandson and I struggled to reach our room with cases. The room was tiny with no heating. We were given heaters which helped. However after a couple of trips up and downstairs I had to ask to be moved to another room. We were moved to 2nd floor. Room was better although very basic. Toilet with shower was very very small. Shower curtain badly needed changing. Breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant. Overall hotel was a bit disappointing but we didn't spend a great deal of time in it. One positive point about this hotel was that it was immediately next to the tube station.
