Visited London with a friend to see Wicked at the Apollo Theatre in Victoria. The Central House Hotel was ideally located for our visit as it was just a ten minute walk from the theatre, a range of restaurants and local shops/markets. We had booked a twin room for one night, on arrival check in was quick and easy and the room was fine. It was a spacious room with one double and two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, television and tea/coffee facilities. Though the bathroom was small the shower was powerful. Having arrived at the hotel late afternoon we checked in then took a walk to find the theatre, with plenty of time before the show we had a walk to Buckingham Palace and then ate at Prezzo near the theatre. Prezzo was ok, nothing special and the staff rushed you a bit but the food was ok. Wicked was spectacular from the set to the monkeys, songs and storyline it was a great night out. Returning to the hotel we were disturbed a couple of times during the night by other guest returning but nothing too bad. The breakfast in the morning was continental which suited us fine, including yoghurts, cereal, croissants, toast, chesse and fruit salad. All in all we would stay at the hotel again as it was in a superb location and offered excellent value for money. On our way back to Kings Cross we stopped in at the British Museum - would need a whole day there to enjoy it properly there is so much to see!

Superbreak was brilliant, travelled on virgin trains, hyde park apartment was clean, quite small but adequate for one nights stay, also quiet and peaceful, can't complain about being cold it was so warm we had to open the window. We were right near bakerloo underground and the 390 bus route that took us up oxford street to tottenham court road where the phoenix theatre was for our show, which was amazing. We went for a lovely reasonably priced meal (£11 three courses) in bistro one in frith street. Lovely trip we thoroughly enjoyed it and would go with Superbreak again. Thank you.

From the moment we entered the hotel until we departed after a 2 night stay the hotel and staff were excellent, very polite nothing too much trouble.

We had 2 night stay in thistle.Com and had a fab time, we went to the theatre to see a show, then we went to winter wonderland, look at some main attractions, then new years eve we stopped at st james park to view the fireworks.
