Location was excellent and the staff were quite pleasant if not a little stiff! could not fault this hotel for quietness and position for heathrow airport. I wouldn't hesitate to use it again.

I booked a day room before my flight, room very clean, shower a little small and flooded the floor on using. Everything ok apart from the room was not ready when I arrived. Room booked from 10am to 6pm, I arrived at 10.30am and got to my room at 11am. Did not like having to wait that long.

only one problem was lack of communication with staff went one night and asked for peppermint water and they handed me salt and pepper oops but its i had a laugh afterwards
