out of 5Chose hotel for value but feel some things need improving. Overall outside appearance poor, needs a revamp. Access roads in and out poorly lit and signposted can be safety risk as one way system. Room refurbished and good size. Clean. Basic facilities. Swimming pool needs refurbishing, changing rooms poor. Breakfast very basic. No fruit or yoghurts or pasties and croissants. Only 2 fruit juice choices, white or brown medium sliced basic loaf bread. Cereals choice of 4, no muesli choice. Cooked breakfast tasted good. Coffee & tea basic value brands. Stay was ok but wouln't go back unless quality improved.

out of 5Great hotel. Been there before. Bargain because only £70 odd pounds b+b for 2 adults and 3 children (one room tho) per night. Walking distance of city centre. Easy access to railway and buses. Loads of eating places/cinema/theatre. Nice break. Just off the motorway. No hassle getting there.

out of 5The room of which my husband and I stayed was very noisy...Don't want too be sharing the dawn chorus with the bin men..Stayed at this hotel on numerous occassions and the last two times have been disappointing..To which we have had too be moved.

out of 5Stayed at a mystery hotel which was ok - though bathroom not, this was dirty and tired bath had no plug toilet seat was old rest was just old.
