out of 5We were disappointed with the room we were allocated, but were given another room that was far better. Decor is a little tired in places but overall we had a very good stay. The staff were very nice and the food in the restarant was excellent.

out of 5On arrival this hotel looks impressive, but it needs a facelift. Its quite shabby, not quite in Brighton (Hove in fact) but overall exceptable for a one night stay.

out of 5Brighton was lovely but unfortunately the hotel was shabby. We had a noisy room by an extractor unit and lift and the bar shut on Saturday night at 10.30 pm. After reading such great reviews about the breakfast we were disappointed to find a very poor selection help yourself buffet on the Sunday morning. However, on the Monday morning we had at the table service and the breakfast was lovely. There was a wedding party on the Saturday night and we felt that we were being penalised on Sunday morning for the large number of people wanting breakfast due to the wedding.There was grafitti on the inside of the lift doors and the appearance/reliability of the lift was in serious question. On the whole we were very disappointed with this hotel.
