Short Pre New Year Break In London
A customer from United Kingdom who stayed at 4* 4* Mystery Non Refundable Hotel in Kensington wrote this review.
Stay Date: 30/12/11
Overall Hotel Rating:
out of 5Booked a "mystery" 4 star hotel. On the net found some negative reviews which worried us but we had a great time. Public rooms in excellent condition, bedroom decor was slightly dated and tired but spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff all pleasant and helpful. Breakfast delicious. Great situation - never been to kensington high street before and loved it! handy for all sorts of areas. Did loads of shopping - harrods, oxford street, regent street, liberties, fortnums and masons etc. Would happily go again. Great restaurant nearby - strada - excellent food, wonderful staff.
Short Break in London
A customer who stayed at 4* Kensington Close Hotel & Spa in Kensington wrote this review.
Stay Date: 29/10/11
Overall Hotel Rating:
out of 5Kensington close hotel and spa. Advertised as a 4* hotel but looks more like a run down 3* hotel. Also facilities such as swimming are not included in the deal by Superbreak the hotel expect to charge you extra for this facility. We were given a tiny room on the top floor not at all what i expect from a 4* hotel at all. Very disappointing. However the show was amazing - cheers Michael Crawford you saved the day!.

London Break
A customer from York who stayed at 4* Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington in Kensington wrote this review.
Stay Date: 23/10/11
Overall Hotel Rating:
out of 5Visit was to see Carmina Burana which was superb. The Copthorne was a brilliant location & as it was nice weather we walked to the Albert Hall in less than 15 mins. Hotel very clean, nice comfy bed, staff friendly & helpful. If you explore off the main road lots of nice old London pubs such as the Warwick arms. We got the bus # 9 to & from the West End which was really easy with our Oyster cards & Hyde park were near enough for a Sunday stroll. Theatre show was great fun & as the Theatre was in Soho we were spoilt for choice for places to eat & drink. We ate Sunday night at the Papaya on Ken High St which is a lovely Thai restaurant that has been around for some time, small & friendly with lovely food at a reasonable price.
