out of 5Our room was very comfortable, it had recently been updated and was large and airy. All the staff were friendly and helpful and willing to give us advice when needed. The hotel was well situated on a good bus route that takes you into the centre of Edinburgh. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will certainly be looking to return to Edinburgh again before too long.

out of 5Bus tour worth taking. Lovely city, friendly people, super hotel. Quite hilly but compact. Princes st is a mess due to tram building.

out of 5Hotel overall excellent. Stairs up to reception with cases a bit hard. Food choice in restaurant limited as only 1 change to restaurant menu on second day, but quality very good. Rooms clean, fair sizes and airy. Would definitely go back.
