out of 5The location of the hotel was fine. The seats and the show were very good but our rooms in the hotel were up in the attic. The standard of the rooms were very poor. Whole place needs a facelift not just service areas. Simple things like bedding, bed, carpets, broken tiles could all be put right very quickly.

out of 5Booked a friday and saturday night in the novotel. The hotel was easy to find and only a short walk from the tube station. We arrived early- before 1pm but we were able to check straight in. The room (king & sofa bed) was basic but had everything we needed, was very comfortable and very quiet. There are many eateries close by, and we went into starbucks for a quick lunch. We also used the hotel bar to eat one evening and this was good, but not much choice for kids. Breakfast was great though- for choice, and no wait, even though the hotel was busy. We will definately use this hotel again.

out of 5Overall we enjoyed our trip to London booked through Superbreak. However, the hotel was a dissapointment. Reception staff were unprofessional, we found mouse traps in the bedrooms and bathrooms and the breakfast was of an extremely low standard. Hotel was very old and in need of updating asap.

out of 5I short break to London topped off by a visit to the menier chocolate theatre. The play terrible advice, on it fully booked last week. We called early to the box office to ask for return tickets. To find two front row seats available. Well worth the walk. Fabulous play, all within touching distance of the stars in a very intimate venue.
