The break was excellent value, the staff were lovely, the car parking easy, the location superb and the room clean, quiet and comfortable with all facilities we could want. Thanks!.

out of 5Hotel ideally placed for park n ride just across the road. Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Some noise at night from people arriving back late but then the hotel can't stop that. The weekend was used for xmas shopping in chester and at cheshire oaks which my wife throughly enjoyed . Overall a very pleasant weekend.

out of 5We stayed for 2 nights at the holiday inn chester, on arrival the hotel was welcoming and staff helpful. Our room was excellent comfortable and clean. The breakfasts and staff are great. The location of the hotel is perfect for getting around. We took the park and ride (just across the road down a short track) from the hotel. Ten minutes into the city.

out of 5The weekend was really good and relaxing, the hotel was really nice the staff were very friendly and the food was good. Liverpool was very clean, the albert dock was nice to walk round, we had 2 children with us 16 and nearly 3 and there was plenty to do to occupy both age groups. There was the ice skating rink set up in the gardens near liverpool 1 and that was really nice. Would certainly revisit.
