Very Expensive Breakfast

out of 5The hotel was very plesant however the breakfast was over priced and staff not good at service - over 30 minutes trying to obtain a coffee at breakfast. The pool was closed for refurbishments without warning. Apart for the above a very plesant stay.

out of 5given smokers' room when checked in (albeit upgrade as 'no rooms left'), staff were good at moving me to another room. Alittle way out of centre unless visiting o2centre.

out of 5Went to London specifically to do some shopping and visit relatives that lived near by. My husband went off to watch his cousins football team play whilst I visited Roman Road market and then travelled to the West End.
