out of 5We stayed at the crowne plaza in the last weekend of january and had a fabulous stay. We love booking with Superbreak - it's so straightforward and takes all the hassle out of the trip for you. Our booking was literally made within hours of checking in. It couldn't have been more simple! the hotel was wonderful - the room was very modern and clean, fantastic ensuite with lovely shower (rain, champagne, massage, power options), the room views were breathtaking and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice, all hot and the dining room itself was very nice. We had a seat both mornings next to the window overlooking the river and the bbc studios. Lovely! restaurant and bar food was both great. Not too overpriced. Lots of attractions in the immediate area and the city is only one stop away by train. Costs next to nothing as well and the station is within a few minutes walking distance from the hotel. The imax was especially good. You should ask for an upper floor room: the stunning views of the twinkling city in the background and the glistening river clyde made the trip. Truly a super break!.

out of 5Had a good stay here but was in a room on the 1st floor, when i'd requested a room on a high floor when booking, and the room was right oposite the door to the lift so you heard people go back and forth and also the room was one of the ones that have not been refurbished, although it was fine, it was really shabby and also quite dusty!! would go back but would want to stay in one of the refurbished rooms.

out of 5Booked this hotel as i was attending a concert at the adjacent clyde auditorium. This is an excellent location for anyone who is attending the secc one can enter these centres from the hotel without going outside. Our room on the first floor was very nice and well serviced but was spoiled by a lack of view. We were looking into the hotel's service yard. Given that it is a popular site for surrounding attractions it is awkward to get to for lack of public transport. All in all a good weekend and very enjoyable.
