out of 5Booked this hotel because we had an early flight from Cardiff. Was very impressed that breakfast was served from 4.30am. This saved us eating in the airport. Excellent tranfer to the airport. They offer transfer back as well although we paid £5 taxi because it was tipping down with rain! Will definitely go back again if flying from Cardiff.

out of 5We only stayed at the hotel because we were flying out from Cardiff airport early the next morning. It was convenient as it was close, served an early breakfast & transport to & from the airport as well as parking. It would have been nice to have eaten at the hotel rather than have to go out.

out of 5The staff were very helpful, but unfortunately internet wasnt working inmy rrom, i tried to use there t.v.internet it wasnt working. i tried to book a film, again, it wasnt working. it is a new hotel, but i think it is no fault of the hotel, it is the etvsystem which is externally looked after by a private company.i would defintely go back again.The staff in the Cardiff airport holiday inn were lovely.
