Several scheduled airlines operate from Blackpool International Airport, as well as chartered holiday flights in summer months. Conveniently located at the end of the M55, the airport is easily accessible both by car and by public transport. A recent £2m refurbishment of the passenger terminal has given the airport the capacity to handle two million passengers a year.

out of 5Received a warm welcome at reception. The first room was a little tired and had a bottle of half opened wine under the chair! also connecting door which didn't feel quite right. Had room service and was good. Changed rooms and again the lighting was very poor and the room a little tired for a weeks stay this room more comfortable. That is unil the last night when a private function was taking place in the function room below (i was on the 4th floor). The noise was undescrible. I had to change rooms just to get a good nights sleep. Overall hotel good, relies alot on corporate bookings and private functions I would say.

out of 5This was our first visit to Blackpool in about 10 years & sadly only an over night visit. The hotel was easy to get to even though there were a few road diversions due to road works. The staff were friendly & the entertainment in the evening was also enjoyable. As for the breakfast it was tasty. While we were there we visited coral island, we always visited here when i was younger & there are plenty of things to do here, plus the food was very good.

out of 5This was my 3rd visit to the Blackpool hilton in 8 months. Excellent location directly on promenade in quieter northern end of blackpool. All rooms have sea view, clean and staff are very welcoming and remembered us from previous visits. Will certainly be going back later in season. Found lovely itallian - la piazza on cedar square, family run, lovely food and staff very attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Worth a visit and will definitely go again next time in Blackpool.

out of 5Went to hotel for country weekend, this is my 4th year. Staff very friendly, food good, as much as you could eat. Room bit on small side, have had bigger rooms in past.
