out of 5Lovely hotel, very central and within easy walking distance of all the city centre attractions. Right across the road from a vue cinema. Hotel was clean with bedroom a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style and had a good selection.

out of 5Good looking hotel with a very good location inside exeter. Ideal either for a visit to the town or for a tour in the surroundings. All the personnel is very kind making you feeling confortable. The hotel has also several solutions for car parking. It was very enjoyable to walk from the hotel to downtown in 5 mins time. As a tip of improvement it would be nice to have a free wifi available at least in the common areas.

out of 5We were staying over to break up a long journey, had asked for a quiet room but it wasnt. The hotel must be between pubs/clubs, very noisy early hours. Easy walking distance of city centre and across road from vue cinema. Restaurant good, breakfast lovely. We left the hotel after another fab breakfast on sunday and headed for the highlands for the rest of our break.

out of 5The hotel is ideally placed adjacent to the city centre and is within easy walking distance of the railway station. It opened in June of this year and is clean, spacious and welcoming. The staff in particular were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Harry's grill bar in Northernhay Place is an excellent place for dinner, the steaks are to die for and it is best to book in advance! Exeshed within Princesshay is also a great place for a drink, especially cocktails during happy hour.
