out of 5Atmospheric Hotel - comfortable room with small shower. Good restaurant and friendly staff.Great location to explore Lake Windermere - we both had a wonderful break despite some heavy rain at times.

out of 5Hotel was good although the walls were a bit thin which was a problem the first night with noisy neighbours. Food in Hotel is excellant but a little pricey when you have two youngsters who make having a slow relaxing meal a challenge, could do with a brasserie or bar meals option. Good leisure facilities at low woodFantastic area, plenty to do even in late season.
