out of 5Lovely hotel, well trained staff but a bit far out of Whitby for a gentle stroll into town. Good restaurant but a bit small for handling breakfast when busy.

out of 5They were staying at a farm cottage just a couple of miles outside whitby. The hotel we stayed at overnight (Grinkle Park) is absolutely fabulous and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

out of 5Dinner in hotel restaurant excellent and good value for money. Hotel comfortable and lovely location. Only drawback is that you can be the only guests other than those belonging to wedding parties. Locality is generally quiet and relaxing. Good base for weekend exploration.
