out of 5The ramada hotel was an excellent base to explore the east anglian area. It was comfortable, clean and well run. The staff were very obliging and efficient.They made us very welcome. We have stayed in many five star hotels throughout the world and can honestly say ramada, bury st edmunds has come pretty high up on our list of places to stay. Hopefully we shall return there.

out of 5We went from Sussex to Bury St Edmunds for a friends party, so stayed at the Ramada Bury. The hotel was much better than we expected, our room was quiet, the staff excellent. We dined in the hotel and enjoyed it, even though it was getting late we were not hurried along by the waiting staff. We would return if we ever find ourselves in the area. Next day we ventured into the city itself and were agreeably surprised at how lovely it was and how easy it was to visit, lots of information at each point of interest and friendly people to guide you around the cathedral. Lovely.

out of 5The Ramada hotel in Bury St Edmunds was a very friendly environment. The staff were friendly, the food good and the room had everything we needed for our one night stay. I had read some very poot reviews and wondered whwt i would find but we were all very happy with the venu.
