out of 5Booked package with tickets and overnight at radisson in manchester. Overall booking process good, tickets available at hotel upon arrival. The hotel wasn't worth the money compared to other 5 star city hotels although I think all hotels had increased their prices with take that being in town. The hotel location was good but a couple of things let it down as compared to other 5 star hotels- the beds weren't very comfortable, felt like cheap matresses and no conditioner provided in the usual toiletries (minor issue). Hotel very busy at weekends and we were unfortunate enough to have been given an adjoining room which meant we were subjected to smoke coming through the adjoining door (hotel is non smoking we were just unlucky that peolpe in the next room choose to ignore this rule).
