out of 5The weather was not with us but York and the excellent hotel made it a very enjoyable break, even watching the water rise from the hotel lounge and wondering if we would need rescuing was made a pleasure the queens's hotel and it's staff could not have been better and the quality of the meals worthy of a 5 star, myself and my three friends will recommend it to all and we will be back.

out of 5In York for a post card fair. I was able to walk to all venues eg shops theatres and race course. I was able to see the river and watch the various boats going up and down. Room very good the tour on the open top bus was excelent.
