out of 5The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and even gave us a bottle of wine for free as we were celebrating our graduations! the food in the restaurant was delicious, free access to the gym and swimming pool and lovely extensive breakfast. Overall, a fantastic hotel and a wonderful break!.

out of 5Had a short break in Blackpool over half term to see the lights. Closest hotel was Preston. Great hotel but bit of a trek. Queued over 2 hours to drive through lights - kids were getting fed up and hungry. Had a visit to the tower- great day out although couldn't get to the top as it was too windy.

out of 5The hotel was a stopover on the longer journey to Scotland. We have used this hotel twice a year for the last few years as it is just off the m6 motorway.Our trip was a twice yearly visit to see my mother in Scotland.

out of 5From the first we were disappointed wit the service. It took unquestionabl long to verify our booking and the staff were particulary unhelpful when we wanted to purchase soft drinks, claiming it would be too difficult to call housekeeping to restock our mini bar. Breakfast was of poor quality and the service was impersonal and slow. Upon checkout we were once again delayed and asked to pay for our room which of course was paid for upfront. Overall the stay could be summed up by poor quality and impersonal service.
