out of 5Lovely hotel, great gym and pool, room service was prompt and breakfast tray outstanding. One small query. Do we always get the samllest room in the hotel with Superbreak? at the far end of the corridor and hence the corner of the building. Though the bed was big enough and the room facilities the same I had the feeling the room was ideally suited to one person. One chair at table, insufficient pillows and an angled wall where we lost the corner of the room. After requesting more pillows twice we settled down to a very pleasant stay. Easy walking to city centre or bay area.

out of 5This was a disapointing visit as the hotel kitchen could only serve basic menu as there was an equipment failure. Also there was a very rowdy, drunken wedding reception spoiling other guests stay.

Editor's Comments: We do request that all the hotels we work with inform us of any large events or conferences they may be holding so we can inform clients. Unfortunately on this occasion we were not made aware of this.

out of 5Great hotel. Exceeded expections. Hotel, staff, service and food really impressed us. Nothing was too much trouble. As for the Superbreak experience, it was perfect. Superbreak will be our first port of call for any future breaks.
