out of 5Hotel was fine, negotiating the airport car park at Birmingham was quite another issue. Objected to having to pay for parking thought this should be part of the hotel package.

out of 5We booked the novatel for a show at the nec we booked parking with holiday extra off site dropped at hotel door walk across the road from hotel into terminal and straight to nec seamless travel will book hotel again smart clean rooms and good late check out
