out of 5The first room we were given was not big enough to swing a cat and the view was of the pipe work - we requested to be moved, we were at a cost of £30 re sea view room - all well and good if you could see through the window!! the windows were not only dirty but splashed with dry paint - we also had main pipe works in our room which were scorching hot to touch we had to go out and buy a fan due to the heat and the fact the window only opened about 6" wide. On arrival in the second room we found we only had 2 hand towels in the bathroom, i called reception at 3:30pm to ask for towels, they arrived at 6:40pm after calling again on our return from a walk. The dining room was also too hot to sit in for long and the tables very close together making it very difficult to get back to your table carrying food - the food was 'ok' the same kind of food every night. Meat, fish veg. The sweets were also the same.

out of 5The hotel in all aspects was more than adequate for my needs whilst in Blackpool. I enjoyed walking along the sea front from The Norbreck to Blackpool centre and the other direction to Cleveleys. The pub within the Hotel was very pleasant as well.

out of 5I was a bit worried prior to arriving because I had read bad reviews about this hotel. The bottom line is that 'it is what it is'. Rooms were comfortable although nothing special. Breakfast was good. Dinner reminded me of being at Butlins several years ago. The pool, and gym were good. Our teenage boys had a great time. Entertainment average. Lots of young children running around. Good location if you don't want to be in the centre of the activities. Ok for a short break but wouldn't have wanted to stay for longer.
