out of 5We had a great stay - very plush comfy family room, with two double beds. Clean modern bathroom & great power shower. Only downside was that kids can't use the pool after 6pm due to health club users'interests ! Not that it the type of pool that you would use to keep fit since it is free form ! Very annoying considering you are paying a premium to stay at a hotel that has these facilities not to be able to use them all (how could you not take the kids if you went for a swim ?!?). This fact alone would make me disregard this hotel in future, even though the rest of our stay was so good.

out of 5I was very disappointed to find that when I got to the hotel that there was no longer an airport shuttle bus provided with out cost, even though this was specified when I booked. I was appauled with this as this was the main reason why I had looked into this hotel.I also was not exactly pleased that breakfast is not able to be provided at a convinent time for those travelling to the airport. I believe breakfast should be served significantly earlier and if not provided on travel to the airport.

out of 5the room was the usual marriott high standard, however the hotel layout and signage was very confusing. i also asked for a quiet room and had people running around and singing in the corridor outside. so this is one marriott i shall not be staying at again

A quiet room is generally one at the back of the hotel away from any outdoor noise, we cannot, however ensure you are placed away from noisy guests.
