out of 5I arrived in the afternoon and was greeted in a very unfriendly manner , in fact i felt as though i was in the way... Perhaps the person had an off day but thats highly unprofessional... Breakfast was very basic and could do with some more variety in terms of fruits cheeses different healthy breads fresh juices and different teas instead of soggy eggs low budget bread and cereal of low quality also only had one kind of milk..Not everyone likes full fat or can have it.

out of 5Close to A38 & good breakfast with hotel primarily used as a base to travel around the area. Hotel in desperate need of refurbishment. First room unacceptable, on 4th floor, smell in room & advised that the loo fan would constantly be on given the room location. Moved to third floor, room still shabby but clean.
