out of 5The hotel is very central to everything and of a pretty good standard. However, when we came down to eat our dinner in the restaurant, we found that the hotel foyer was absolutely jammed due to the fact that there was a big boxing event on. The manager said it was unlikely that we would get a meal in the hotel but did suggest that I search him out later when he would ensure to provide us with a fre drink. We went across to the pizza express beside the hotel instead. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area but we were just too tired to go looking for them.

out of 5I emailed the hotel a week or so in advance requesting a certain view which 50% of the hotel would have had. I arrived to be given a veiw of some flats across the way no record of my request with reception although I did recieve an acknowledgement of my request. Also reception understaffed at booking in and out.
