About this hotel
The Claremont was extensively refurbished in 2004 and offers an individual style and luxury that ranks amongst the best offered on the island. The hotel has 56 rooms including a limited number of Platinum executive rooms with high specification interiors and amazing views across Douglas Bay. Coast can truly be described as one of the best restaurants on the Isle of Man and is open for hotel guests, reservation bookings and casual walk-ins.
Open early for breakfast until late each day, Coast offers an extensive brasserie style menu with a focus on the island's magnificent seafood and locally sourced meat. The restaurant itself is a grand and airy space with art deco themed interiors and excellent views across Douglas Bay. A superb bar stocks a large range of speciality beers, and premium sprits complimented with an extensive wine list sourced from international merchants. The hotel offers 24 hour reception and room service, free WiFi throughout and guest PC.
