out of 5Hotel not in great location, on main road near an industrial estate but regular enough bus service into the centre. Staff were well intended but lacked the enthusiasm expected in terms of hospitality. One of our rooms had a drainage problem which made using the bathroom unpleasant, this was reported and we were offered another room. Clean hotel, basic cooked breakfast and overall comfortable stay. Would recommend overnight only if you are looking for more comfort. All in all, we had a brillint day/evening shopping experience in the centre of Birmingham.

out of 5Everything went to plan following Superbreak's arrangements. Cadbury world was easy to find and enjoyed by the family - the only disappointment was that the packaging dept was not working and the queues were very long. A map to find the hotel would have been useful, but nevertheless a most enjoyable week-end.
