out of 5The location of the Hotel was first class, settings manificent with great views, however I find the hotel itself disappointing. It is in my opinion in need of a coat of paint and some TLC especially the windows. The room was ok but nothing special, again in need of some TLC.The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good but nothing to scream and shout about. Although I was disappointed it did not ruin the stay. Scarborough itself was very pleasant and not too touristy. The cafes along the front were clean and tidy and had a great choice of quality fish and chips.
