out of 5Excellent service from Superbreak as in the past. Hotel however poor. It was my choice as I was attending a function in this hotel. At first,I was shown a smoking room eventhough I am a non-smoker. The 2nd room had a unstocked minibar, there was a piece of litter in the corridor outside my room throughout my stay, my room was not cleaned on the 2nd day until I asked a maid at 4.30pm! Very disappointing for a reputable hotel.
