out of 5We had to be moved because our room was noisy and draughty and light came in under the door and the wall socket was loose and black bits came out of the shower.

out of 5Everything was fab, the hotel staff were very helpful, the breakfast was more than substantial, rooms cleaned every day, lovely part of the country to visit and we had good weather too. Perfect.

out of 5After a slight mix up on booking (not the hotels fault) we were welcomed and asked to look at two rooms and choose which we preferred. Both rooms excellent and very quiet, clean, with flat screen tv, tea and coffee facilities and a six foot bed. Staff were very friendly and most helpful.

out of 5Durly dean hotel is quite good, apart from some ventilation and staff communication problems, all I read on the reviews were over the top. Everything worked, staff tried to please, it was clean comfortable and we had a nice welcome. I can recommend Bournemouth as an ideal english resort, they have got it all, and got it right.

out of 5On arrival at the hotel by the receptionist asking us if we had a good journey. On the saturday evening we required an early dinner the staff were only happy to oblige hurrying the courses through so that we could get to the theatre in time.
