out of 5Lovely hotel, but very dissappointing bedrooms - certainly not Five Star standard. Were not advised that the Mini Bar was not available in the rooms or that the Hotels main restuarant was closed for re-furbishment.

out of 5We were very disappointed that the hotel/Superbreak did not inform us that the 'spa' section of the hotel was closed for re-furb, as we booked this hotel to use the spa/pool facilities as it was our anniversary and we wanted a special weekend.

Editor’s comments: We do request that all the hotels we work with inform us of any changes/refurbishment programmes they may be undertaking. Unfortunately on this occasion we were not made aware of this.
