out of 5We complained twice during our stay about the amount of noise at 3.00am and 4.00am. There appeared to be no attempt by staff to quell the noise from loud guests-indeed the reception seemed to go and on with the bar staff selling drink. The breakfasts were really poor and to cap it all my bill was debited with 30 pounds worth of drinks i did not have at the bar. It is a good job i checked my bill! Not a great experience, location great; staff good but you must warn people if you are hosting all night parties.

out of 5Our hotel was nice although dated in bits but very clean! pool area was lovely! pool warm and sauna and steam room very clean. Breakfast was lovely although did have an hour's wait for it on our last day. Several tables around us had the same problem. Worth waiting for though. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would go back!.

out of 5This was our first visit to this hotel, and we had been extremely busy over the last few months, all we wanted to do was relax. On sunday morning after a terrific breakfast, we spent three hours by the pool, in the jacuzzi, in the sauna and in the steam room and in and out of the pool. Just letting all our cares float away.I had booked a hot air baloon flight on the following monday at perth, for our ruby wedding anniversary, but due to the poor weather it was cancelled for a second time. Perhaps the next time we book it we will also book this hotel, it was just so relaxing. Thank you very much.
