out of 5Hotel exceeded our expectations. Bed very comfortable, windows in room opened, hotel very clean and modern decor. Breakfast was excellent. All staff we spoke to were local. Hotel is situated close to the forth road bridge and access south is very easy. Hotel has a very tranquil ambiance and there was no traffic noise in the room.
