out of 5Visited old friends in the area, Neice married from the hotel, great venue for the reception and reception food excellant but food in the restuarant in the evenings expensive and poor.

out of 5A disappointing stay at this beautiful hotel. Couldn't get access to the internet as there was no wireless signal. The reception staff were rude when I was asking them for help. I believe it was the Assistant Manager that really tried to help, but to no avail. Apparently this has been a problem for sometime. Breakfast was terrible Eggs Benedict with curdled hollandaise sauce and eggs that were shattered! It was sent back to the kitchen, but didn't receive any feedback or apology!!

out of 5It has been 5 years since I last visited Basingstoke and I must admit I was amazed at the changes and improvements to the shopping mall area. Great shops and restaurants made it a vey enjoyable experience.
