out of 5It was 25 degrees outside and the hotel had the heating on! the heating was off in our room but it was still around 30 degrees which made it impossible to sleep. On checkout, when asked if eveything was ok with the stay i said no the room was far too hot and the receptionist responded with a laugh and said i know it is too hot. Not impressed.

out of 5We went to the prince edward theatre to see the Jersey Boys and the hotel was in an ideal position for this, only 10 mins walk away (less without a bad back ) we got upgraded to an apartment which although a little shabby was very clean and comfortable. Would definately recommend this hotel.

out of 5We visited London as it was my wife's birthday. The hotel was very comfortable, warm and clean, and the breakfast was just what we needed. There is a friendly pub next door. The weather was surprisingly good so we spent a lot of time walking around the sights.

out of 5The room was clean and spacious but could have done with updating and a coat of paint.
