out of 5I live in London, about 10 minutes drive from the Novotel Hotel at West Drayton, where I booked in for one night last Friday. I needed a break from my home and friends and thus decided to escape. We checked into Novotel because it looked quite good over the internet. The hotel itself was even better than expected. The receptionists were extremely amicable and helpful. The room was fantastic and I liked the idea of the toilet being separate from the rest of the room world. The room was impeccably clean and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant was also of high standards, especially the service. Swimming pool was great too. Only things missing were the spa, steam and sauna which most other hotels have. Nevertheless the swimming pool was good. I especially appreciated that the pool and restaurant were open till late even for children (I had taken my boy and his friend). For the price I paid, I thought it was a fantastic hideout and a super deal. Thank you for it.

out of 5not happy that the night you stay at the hotel you still have to pay for the car park £8.00 is a lot of money when you can stay in most hotels where whilst staying in hotel car park is free.
