out of 5Used as a stop over after a holiday in Singapore before travelling home by train.The mini bar was extremely expensive £2:50 per can of pepsi. Breakfast very good, rooms very comfortable, staff very helpful.Great good value local pub - The Pheasant for meals only 5 min walk away.

out of 5With an American wife and two young children, I seem to spend a lot of time at Heathrow and O Hare. What makes it more bearable is finding a hotel that the whole family loves. Such is the case with The Marriott Heathrow. When my kids get there they feel immediately at home.The bedrooms we choose have two double beds, so we can all stay in the same room. We ate this time in Allies American Bar and Grill, as burgers were the order of the day. When I get the chance I eat in Tuscany where fine Italian food and wine is on offer!Connor and Ryan just love the swimming pool with its new trendy blue lighting. We all think Breakfast here is a highlight. Fresh omelettes cooked to order. What a treat. Worthy of special mention was the concierge Mehmet. On finding that my car battery was flat I thought I would have to wait for the AA. Mehmet however, saw to the problem in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way home, and the family in mid-air to the USA.

out of 5This was an overnight stay before a flight from Heathrow in a hotel where pleasing the customer is obviously paramount; nothing appears to be too much trouble for the staff.The breakfast at the hotel is fab and so different from the usual dried up bacon and rubber eggs offered in most large hotel groups. There is a chef making omelettes ,fried eggs and waffles to order!Everyone from the pleasant receptionists to the attentive restaurant staff have obviously received first class training. It's a shame it's at Heathrow and an hour by tube from Kings Cross because It would be my first choice for my almost weekly trips to London!

out of 5Good hotel which had a nice leisure pool with sauna and steam room - very relaxing! Bedrooms were very comfortable and the area where you had breakfast was very airy. The central buses were good but Madonna was fantastic and if she does another tour I would book with Superbreak again.
